Csaba Szalay -  graduated as an M. Sc. in Engineering and Management  on the academic specialisation of production management in 2001 later on as economist on the academic specialisation of business management at the University of Veszprém in Hungary.

He has been working on the introduction and education of Lean Management tools for more than five years. At first he was responsible for the company introduction of Lean Manufacturing philosophy at the 11 hungarian production units of Zollner Ltd. in Vác. These days he was working with Mr. Peter Del Conte from Switzerland who is a Europe-wide known great authority of this theme.
