Hexolut Consulting continues the dissemination program of Ecodesign thinking.

On 16 of april in Sepsiszentgyörgy (Sf. Gheorge, RO) ITD Hungary organised Ecodesign training for SME's of county of Covasna and Brasov with 17 participants.

The next stations of dissaminaton program of Ecodesign will be in Szeged on 22 of May and in Salgótarján on 14 of June organised by County Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

On February 5, 2007 Hexolut Consulting’s Lean training will start in Gyõr, at the base of Audi Hungaria Motor Ltd., which is known as the largest exporter in Hungary for years.

On January 4, 2007 the Lean consulting team of Hexolut held a 4 days SMED workshop in the manufactory No. GMH2 of Grundfos in Tatabánya. As a result of the workshop for the development of the changeover procedure of the Mazatrol 640 processing centre we could reduce the turn around time of the selected changeover by 50% by the end of the 4^th day.

Lean Manufacturing Systems training is a 2x2 day open program which gives participants the ‘Lean Manufacturing Systems professional' certificate after passing a theoretical and a practical final exam. The program is accredited by OKÉV and it can be charged against the vocational contribution.

Hexolut Consulting carried out a research about the appliances of workflow and the use of materials in the car component producer Lander Carlisle Ltd. Lander Carlisle and Hexolut Consulting start its developing co-operation concerning the area after negotiating the results of the research.

According to our plans the enterprise will continue its production from 2007 on the basis of the reconstructed producing row and logistic system.

The Gravoform Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Ltd. is an enterprise honoured twice by Magyar Termék Nagydíj (Hungarian Product Grand) and three times with the price of Üzlet& Siker Minõsített Vállalkozás (Business & Success Ranked Enterprise), where our organisation-development consultants carried out an analysis in October 2006. After the presentation of the results a long-term co-operation started between Gravoform Ltd. and Hexolut Consulting.
