Lean Manufacturing - Slimed Manufacturing
The rise of the average wage-level in Central and Eastern European countries goes hand in hand with the profit decline of the producing and business processes in these countries year by year. The enterprises and manufacturing companies in Hungary have to give up the high average expenses and low inventory turnover tendencies. Instead of these, producing / supportive processes are needed to be built up, which can serve the clients with items in small quantity and in perfect quality.

5S sustainable order and clarity in manufacturing, qualitative and lossless workplaces
With the help of 5S methodology qualitative workplaces can be organised which are lack of the average problems of other workplaces like searching and moving loss. Putting away tools that are not needed, ergonomic position of necessary tools and materials, eliminating unnecessary work surfaces and with introduction of control list auditing this stage, a sustainable order can be achieved, which results in clear, transparent production, and can put an end of the chaos before customer visiting.

Pull Systems / Kanban
Kanban is a bottom-up built automatic material-ordering and transmitting system that can keep the tool storage on the minimum level, reduce related administration activities drastically, and reduce the whole production time greatly.

SMED (One-minute tool exchange)
The ability to manufacture in small proportions is the precondition of flexible reaction for changing customer demands. Reducing changeover time is essential for producing small proportions with good machine utilisation and low costs. Changeover times can be reduced by 50% by a process resemble to the Formula 1 wheel replacement practice.

Flexible manufacturing systems and manufacturing islands
The aim of Lean Management is to cut–down the loss in producing processes based on traditional field of actions. Storing, moving and waiting deficiencies can be decreased by the so-called manufacturing islands. Turn around time, inter-supply quantity and the required human resource are likely to be diminished by production processes that provide continual material-flow and one-piece inter-supply. In case of such systems the feedback about the quality of the product is much quicker, therefore it is more likely to evade intrinsic failure.

Organisation development
Lead Management means the introduction of a new company culture. Lean concentrates on the value-creating workers, and associates the workers of other trades involved in the production with the manufacturing process and the development of their own workplace conditions by so called Kaizen groups. The introduction of the philosophy, the establishment of the groups and the over 100 workers’ improving ideas, appear on the Kaizen list, lead to the culture of constant development in the company.
Useless processes will be rejected by the help of Lean Management equipments, moreover a flexible organisation that meets customer demands is being set up.
Experiences of several years of Hexolut Consulting’s trainers crew and the, with practical examples rich illustrated teaching material ensure the efficient and successful introduction of the above described process-improving instruments.
